I know a guy that has to math equations almost constantly to create feedback in his brain so he stays on this plane and does not wig out.Probably one of the smartest people I know

it's calming because it's true and it lets you know you aren't the only crazy one out there, there are artists who can see clearly what's going on and able to express it in the tone that should be met with some of the crazy stuff that is going on in the world that is spoken of with sweet clown nice-boy weird soothsayer snake tongue you just want to shoot them in the face but you can't... so it's a good outlet..

Having said that, I have been a massive Frank Zappa fan for over 40 years.

I also like Classical, Baroque and Romantic (in the proper sense of the word) music.

Bill Ward from Black Sabbath was somewhat of a jazz drummer before helping Sabbath invent heavy metal, so I suppose I can let slide. Just this once
