We have livestock. The tough thing will be coordinating the neighbors. We'll have plenty of meat.

I live near a livestock auction, and might be able to buy or take a couple of goats for meat. I also have a .22 scoped hunting airgun, and could bag squirrels, rabbits and fish to provide for the dogs.

The cats hunt already, and would expect neighbors to leave my cats alone. A shitty neighbor might end up to be dog food.

Well....vegan after the orcs, goblins and burrolitos run out.....but really planning on keeping some chickens and eating a lot of egg dishes? When our hens quit laying before, they were re-labeled "compost workers" so they still had jobs.

I did that for 11 years. Was not poisonous. Was healthier than others my age and walked up to 24 miles 3 days a week. But it takes learning and practice.
