Tune your heart

I know where my heart is, I’ll get my peace when everything aligns. The time is yet to come but I feel it on the horizon.

I had a fish named trigger. He was a trigger fish.

I miss my aquarium. I would watch those fish all day sometimes. I had a puffer who got big. Named him Puff. Easy names. I would add smaller fish and watch them fight. Only the strong survived. The clown had missing parts of his fin, actually many of them had war wounds. Between the eel the puff, the wrass and the trigger nobody got away without a little bicker. They even ate my sting ray. Fish are amazing creatures, I really enjoyed them.

(I'll make leaps, not to assume, but to explore on the potential footings of a statement.)

Long ago someone whom I thought was an enemy, [which is in part true they internalize everyone and they hate them self] say to me, "don't wear your heart on your sleeve."

Keeping an eye on my heart is much easier as it beats on my sleeve.

The other phrase, 'don't throw the baby out with the bathwater'; why throw away constant access to one's heart, if the mind is intelligent enough to share judgements?

When you have children, your heart walks around in this crazy world. Loving’s greatest lesson is learning to let go. There are so many challenges associated with love. It is incredibly refining. Guarding your heart as well is important and can be incredibly hard. I would wager it is all worth it though.

One of my favorite books of all time.
