Yeah this is the best document I've ever read on UFO's.

A portion of the document states that the aliens do not seem hostile. When a ship or ET entity is downed, other ETs don't try to recover the beings or technology, even when shot down by the military.

They also state they have no idea what the ETs motives are. And nobody can figure out the purpose of recovered devices and tech.

Their ships are crafted one piece with no seams and is made out of materials that we are unable to define.

Their language has not successfully been deciphered.

This document defines two different type of alien species, and it's not known if they originate from the same planet or not. It also defines several different types of craft.

Document even goes over disinformation tactics to be used on civilians.

There is SO much more and better info available via the internet now than even the feds had back then. Quaint historical document, but nothing groundbreaking.

If this isn't groundbreaking, please give me an example of ET and ET disclosure that you would consider groundbreaking
