I know this is going to sound snarky but how about just unplug the damn cable box, then TV, then the surround sound if you have one, and see if it stops. If you still have problems then it's a neighbor who has a high power CB or HAM radio transmitting it. You'll easily spot them because of big ass atena sticking a over their house. :Pirate Flag: 8-14-2018 The day Free Speech died in America |

Quoting: Daggo HAHA you just described my neighbor. lol His antenna is so huge it would crush his house. Why they need an antenna that big? |

Crayma User ID: 73190136 United States 11/29/2018 10:54 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I can't shut it off. I shut the cable off, and its still playing. Some stupid mexican music. lol I had to shut the power to the TV off or change it a different HDMI setting. How do I shut it off? It's taken control over my cable box where I can't even power that on or off because that's playing. lol Quoting: Diabolical My doorbell speaker had an issue where it was playing a Spanish language radio station. I think its wired to the doorbell switches rather than wireless. I do live catty-corner from a mexican store and restaurant, so I wondoered if somehow it was picking up something they were transmitting from there, maybe on a wifi repeater or something. I just turned the volume on the speaker low enough that I could not hear the constant radio playing on the doorbell speaker. This was a few years ago. It may still do it for all I know. |

You might have a function which allows you to turn off the picture whilst being still able to hear sound, which has been switched somehow with the off command. Try to recalibrate your tv first. Soft reset or reset or something. Quoting: Monagom lol. I have no clue how to even do that. |
