Quoting: Chicken Feed Not everyone needs to endlessly stuff their holes with mcrib sandwiches. I've been on a 1 meal a day diet for many years. Rarely do I ever eat ANYTHING before 6pm No Coffee, No drugs, no appetite suppressants. I just generally feel like crap when I eat. My digestive system consumes way too many resources after a meal.
