I'm kinda torn on the whole thing. These are not French Tea Party types. They're just socialists who want their free shit but don't want to pay the taxes to support all of it.

Funny meme, but Lord Kek would not be pleased with these yellow jackets. This is a mob that thinks money grows on trees. Not really much different from Antifa, really, except older and somewhat less violent.

None of that is to say I support Macron. Fuck Macron and his taxes, but you can't get something for nothing.

Oh, yeah, Macron is finished and a lot of France will probably burn over this. Margaret Thatcher said the problem with socialism is, eventually, you run out of other people's money. It appears "eventually" has arrived in France. The French government needs that tax to support their social programs and the French people want the services without the taxes.
