Its just a symbolic vote of no confidence.
The chances for it to pass are zero.

This is what happens when you give brainwashed sheep the right to vote: they will vote like sheep. They will vote Mellenchon next time then we will have Muslims in the French government. Guaranteed.  there is a way... what if large numbers of Macron's party walk away? They will lose all their advantages. You must realize that to be a Macron deputy candidate, one had to put down 30,000 (thirty thousand) Euros in a campaign bank account at first. This was something never seen before. They are tied to Macron. $$$$$$ is the name of the game.
