The breastplate of righteousness is Jesus Christ and his blood that was shed for me.
My helmet is my hope of my salvation.
My belt of truth is the Word of God and Prophecy that I store in my heart.
My sandals of salvation are to be swift in delivering any message from God to another.
My sword is the Word of God, sharper than anything imaginable under the heavens above.
My shield, or buckler, is the shadow of the Almighty in whom I take refuge.
