Cops are PUBLIC SERVANTS not tyrants.

They need to be checked at every opportunity.

Had the man been "publicly intoxicated" there wouldn't have been a discussion.

That's fine but there's a time and place for everything. Doesn't mean to go out of your way , up to a random cop just trying to do his job and picking a fight .... like I said . His brother should of done a better job of looking out for him . They coulda gone to Denny's had a good hangover meal and gone home to a nice warm bed ... instead he's now out about 5k .

It looked to me like an American citizen was approached by five armed men with no constitutional authority to tell him to get off a public street.

If there was a concern for public safety, then he wouldn't have been told to leave. He would have been arrested based solely on his danger to the public.

That's not what happened, he was arrested on a bogus charge for not obeying an unlawful order.

When a cop acts outside of his granted constitutional authority then he is no better than a MS-13 gang member.

Cops were blocking off a separate "scene" that dude had nothing to do with . He walked up to them . Made a scene about none of his business . Got tazered . The end .
