I think this family is stalking this young man and exploiting him. I do not think the mother should have even informed the young man her daughter was on her period. That should have been kept confidential. A file needs to be created to circumvent any further possible actions. What I see is a campaign orchestrated against the store clerk by the father and wife. The campaign is not good and as indicated by the father on video he plans on taking further action. I think law enforcement needs to be involved in this situation and that is why I am sending this video and letter to an FBI duty agent at the Dallas, Texas FBI Headquarters. When you start messing with convenience store clerks it is serious. We have seen this before. I have already notified Bonham, Texas Police and sent them this video. I eat ass. But...the ass I eat I had cut out of a dead dog and pickled it. |

This clerk was out of line. Period. The father handled it appropriately and the others who chimed in did too. The clerk had ample opportunity to apologize but he did not. The manager did a half ass job. The clerk is probably a friend or relative of hers. When I worked the counter back then, personal items were the first thing rung up and put in the bag. We did not have bar codes then, we had price stickers. If the personal product was not marked, we did not call a price check over the intercom or any bullshit like that, we did our best to guess at the price to avoid any embarrassment. That included things like jock itch creams, pads, condoms, lubes, butt wipes, etc. Back then, we knew a vast majority of prices and even their sale prices. More importantly we had empathy. |

The campaign encompasses Federal Hate Crime violations in the form of bia's intimidation, stalking. Now keep in mind this person is at his place off employment at a convenience store. The allegations are hearsay. All of the conjecture is ok but in America you still have to follow the law. In this situation the police and district attorney at the least need to be appraised of this situation right away. This case needs to be carefully documented for possible further legal action and charges. A report needs to be made to the the store clerks local jurisdiction of the FBI. The FBI field office in that jurisdiction needs to be notified right away and a criminal complaint needs to be filed by the clerk to initiate and document an investigation. FBI investigators need to be involved. Local Law Enforcement Detectives need to be involved. I see stalking charges. Federal Hate Crime intimidation charges and Harassment charges to begin with. What I just watched was a father warning a clerk about SEXUALLY harassing his wife and 12 year old daughter about menstruation. What sort of person harasses a 12 year old girl about her period? I may have missed it but I didn't hear where he said the mother said the daughter just started her period. And no clerk at any store should be cracking jokes, making comments or assumptions about what people are buying. It is called tact. The clerk was wrong and he should have apologized. I also don't see him being stalked, but I see a father confronting an moron about being an idiot. And as a side note, as a mother, I would have told the idiot he was out of line at the time it happened and asked to speak to a manager right then and there, made a point to write down the number and the cashier's name, making him and the manager fully aware I would follow up on the complaint. |

The Mother did NOT inform the cashier her daughters anything, the cashier assumed it when he saw the merchandise and cracked a joke; I am a grown women and I still feel embarrassed to check out women's products. The Father had every right to be upset, Anger is a natural emotion when dealt with appropriately & this Father handled himself 100% appropriately: He told the person to his face (not behind his back) gave the person a chance to explain, which he did, then he appropriately reported him to the supervisor. I see nothing wrong BUT I do see a Gay person who HATES Christians and is stirring up lots of trouble by mocking a 12 year old girl then expecting the FBI to get involved |
