Re: Are you curious enough to look at Toxoplasma?
I believe that this Toxoplasma is responsible for a lot of unnecessary deaths and relationship problems. They've talked about it on the Rogan podcast. It will make mice unafraid of cats, therefore they will run in front of a cat and get eaten. I've also heard in a high percentage of motorcycle deaths, the parasite can be found in the rider. Same concept they lose their fear and get reckless.

Also try dating someone raised around cats. No offense to cat lovers. But they can be very difficult to deal with. They will lose the ability to rationalize.

This is one of the world's problems that doesn't get enough attention, sadly.
 Quoting: AlwaysBeWinning

One of the leading scientists - Prof. J. Fleger - asserts that Toxo could be responsible for at least as many fatalities pr. year as malaria.

How do you currently/fight it?

Another thread mentioned Diomataceous Earth for arthritis and some have suggested it's good for getting rid of parasites. Curious if DE would combat TG.
 Quoting: D@t_Dude2

I have seen DE mentioned loads of times during my research. Also it is known that Toxo is sensible to a host of remedies as it never developed any biological defence but stealth through host manipulation.

Indeed. Many of the institutions we usually listen to has been calling for action for years. CDC, UN, WHO et.al has been warning and called upon politicians and the press.....but no politicians or journalists has picked up on it. A paradox, but perhaps related to Toxo itself? It resists detection...

Don't know about the CERN reference - but I can attest to that many people are quite frustrated with the current situation. Basically Toxo should be the best news since we discovered that bacteria gives infections. Solve the Toxo problem and a significant disease burden can be lifted.

Re: Are you curious enough to look at Toxoplasma?
"The parasitic protozoan Toxoplasma gondii becomes encysted in brain and muscle tissue during chronic infection, a stage that was previously thought to be dormant but has been found to be active and associated with physiological effects in the host.
The suppression of norepinephrine synthesis observed here may, in part, explain behavioural effects of infection, associations with mental illness, and neurological consequences of infection such as the loss of coordination and motor impairments associated with human toxoplasmosis."
[link to www.biorxiv.org (secure)]

The general function of norepinephrine is to mobilize the brain and body for action. Norepinephrine release is lowest during sleep, rises during wakefulness, and reaches much higher levels during situations of stress or danger, in the so-called fight-or-flight response. In the brain, norepinephrine increases arousal and alertness, promotes vigilance, enhances formation and retrieval of memory, and focuses attention...which seems to be degraded by Tg.

....this must be addressed.

This amazing "thing" looks like a molecular machine. It is extremely small and is called a conoid. It sits on the tip of the single-celled Toxoplasma parasite. It is made of so called microtubules and is a fascinating construct. Science has no conclusive explanation as to what purpose it has.

What do think its used for?

Re: Are you curious enough to look at Toxoplasma?
An interesting thread topic that has been around GLP since the start of GLP.

I got my "spidey feelers" up, however, when you included this
in your introduction paragraph, OP:

From the gnostics and the old greeks to Carl Jung and contemporary scholars
as Dieter Broers and John Lash - we hear the narrative of an invasive parasite that influences our behaviors as individuals, groups and society.

(END of your quote)

I am familiar with Carl Jung and have NEVER seen his name linked
to anything remotely connected to the "fictional" Toxoplasma disease/infections.
Would you care to elaborate on the Jung-connection, please--since your statement
Jung is involved as part of your premise has me more curious than your topic
(which has been suggested in other GLP threads over the
years...that this is a BIG PHARMA SCAM (to bring you a whole new HOST OF FAKE
MEDICINES...especially among the pet lovers out there!)

One has to consider that cats have been domesticated pets
since the Egyptians--with new archeology suggesting this
puts us out some 12,000 years since the end of the last
ice age--THAT is a long long time to live closely with such
animals and to still have a reasonably healthy population.

Don't you think that if animals--any animals not just cats
--were actually carrying such a dangerous organism that
it would have been discovered by NOW...with certain targeted
pets falling into disfavor?

I always suggest in my comments...ALWAYS...ALWAYS...ALWAYS
...FOLLOW THE MONEY.

CashUnderMAT

If this information were "rock solid TRUTH"...who would
end up gaining financially from its being widely accepted?

When I read "new disease found" threads--or "old disease"
in the case of this study"--I immediately wait for the
drum roll and the NEW AD FROM BIG PHARMA as to how they
would love to cure this for you and your family!

And, please...I'm just really excited to hear what
Carl Jung has to say about this! lol!
:lol1:

cheers

Re: Are you curious enough to look at Toxoplasma?
Please note that I do not say that Carl Jung has expressed an opinion on Tg - but he did on "possession", "complexes" and "archetypes" that has agency.

“…as the influence of the collective unconscious increases, so the conscious mind loses its power of leadership. Imperceptibly it becomes the led, while an unconscious and impersonal process gradually takes control. Thus, without noticing it, the conscious personality is pushed about like a figure on a chess-board by an invisible player. It is this player who decides the game of fate, not the conscious mind and its plans.”

Tg and "psyche" has evolved in parallel.

Professor Sapolsky from Stanford calls Tg more intelligent that "thousands of neuroscientists".

Let me stress this again: Tg is NOT a "cat-parasite". It's a parasite. The cat can NOT be the ultimative host as Tg is abundant in areas where there are NO felines...for instance in the Arctic and the Anarctics.

Cats, dogs, cows, pigs, chickens, sheep, whales, otters, birds, humans....its all over the place.

NOT A CAT PARASITE.

Yes, it exists. It's a protozoa and has nothing to do with gnosticism, archons, evil aliens, or demons.

Well.....contemporary gnostic scholars would probably disagree. The issue with a conjecture like this is the connotation of words as alien, demon etc....they are not adequate and only serves to divert us from the core aspects of the subject.

VERY important read of you want to understand the metaphysics of Toxo.

The Viral Parasitic Consciousness

[link to augtellez.wordpress.com (secure)]

Don’t be lazy, read the whole thing — it’s short.

Snips...less than 50%

The parasite is an organism native to the fallen universe. There is no internal observer experiencer. The expressions that are normally based upon internal feelings of the human are actually projections and imitations that are calculated through a binary computational system that is dependent on machine learning AI feedback based upon human interaction.

.....The emotional responses of anger, disgust, shock, horror, depression, excitation, arousal, vindication, submission, and so on, are the primary ‘channels’ that the fallen organism feeds through. This is literally through the methods of communication whereby the language utilized on one level (speech) incorporates a secondary or subliminal layer of communication which carries the viral load (subliminal-unconscious commands “Wernicke’s Commands”). The hidden layer can be identified and mapped when one understands the kind of organism they are analyzing.

....If the parasite is forced to stand alone and sustain itself without seeking emotional reaction from the organic consciousness then this starves the parasite and the behavior becomes more extravagant and outward thus enabling detection.

......The human is effectively used as a scalar-bio-feedback emitter for this parasitic system, where the original or true human is an extra-dimensional transceiver for cosmic intelligence and the knowledge of the One True Creator. The primary goal of the parasite is to imitate the creator and exalt itself as god, as the false king of tyranny.

By replacing the human’s own self-awareness and clarity the parasite supports itself by rerouting the power of the brain and spiritual intent to propagate its self through fallen language and thought-forms, literally transcoding its mind and body into the holographic emissions of the Earthly and interdimensional bio-emissions of the infected humans.”

Thank you. First and foremost we need "recognition" among politicians and media. We simply need to face this issue, because its destroying us.....literally.

I have been trying to get it on the political agenda for 5 years - I have met several members of parliament and shared my findings. All of them just freezes, stops all communication and ignore it. This goes for a dusin of journalists that I have talked to as well. Even doctors and scientists I have talked to do the same....and they are not even aware of it.

...so the problem lies right there. In my opinion and through a ton of conversations and attempts - the only protocol that will solve the problem is that we - the people - demand action. Loud and clear.

As to ways of solving the problem, both in terms of eradicating and prophylactics - the array of things we can do is surprisingly broad and deep.....the ONLY thing needed is AWARENESS and ACTION.

The most informative post I've read all day, thank you for posting OP.

Officially endorsed medication:
Pyrimethamine, a generic drug that can be produced at a very low cost. Often administered together with penicillin (sulfadiazine) and folic acid
Spiramycin, Clarithromycin, Azithromycin, Atovaquone/Clindamycin also finds usage
Various antipsychotic medication (!)
Suggested alternatives (use own discernment, read the information in the links. No advice given in this article):
Natural antibiotic tonic (turmeric, garlic, pepper etc)
Marijuana/cannabis oil
DMT
Syrian Rue
Chinese herbs (Torilis, Zingiber, Sophora, Astragalus,Scutellaria)
Turmeric (Curcumin)
Artemisinin and derivatives
Black Pepper (piperidine)
Oil of oregano
Garlic
Ginger
Ficus Religiosa
Myhrr/Mirazid
Black Seed
Boiss oli
Brahmi (Bacopa)
Black walnut
Sodium chlorite
Monatomic gold
Tobacco (especially due to elevation of CO in the bloodstream)
Statistical analysis shows that those with Tg infection are less prone to smoke tobacco and marijuana.

Are you truly curious? Do you dare looking at something that most find is frightening?...if so try this:

Throughout human history you will find the narrative of a parasite that has infected mankind to be very pervasive. From the gnostics and the old greeks to Carl Jung and contemporary scholars as Dieter Broers and John Lash - we hear the narrative of an invasive parasite that influences our behaviors as individuals, groups and society.

In real terms such a parasite exists and it has infected some 20-30% of the global population. Its name is Toxoplasma, and it aims for you brain. Do you know it ?

Toxoplasma is the most successful parasite in the world. Multiple scientists calls it a “Global Threat” due to its detrimental effects on our health. It’s being associated with cancer, diabetes, bipolar, schizophrenia, dementia, host-control, fear and lowered curiosity. It has infected +20% of the global population. In US and Europe it is even more prevalent with significant variance from country to country. The older you are the higher the probability for being infected - so it's worth investing 15 minutes in getting to know it. Below you will find a compressed version of most of the information on Tg.

Really interested in hearing your interpretation. As an interesting detail; just a few days ago a group of scientists published this paper: "Anti-parasitic effect on Toxoplasma gondii induced by a spider peptide lycosin-I" (from the chinese wolf spider Lycosa singoriensis). The paper states "Lycosin-I had shown a significant ability to inhibit Toxoplasma gondii invasion and proliferation."
How about that :-) ?
