Buy a decent quality large diaphragm condenser mic and listen back. They are very affordable these days.

If you still hear it in the recordings, play it back for others to see if they hear the same things...

It's a matter of compounded/convergent systems. Satellite / communication grids, home electronics, and the electrical system of the body. EEG/FMRI's can be obtained with interpenetration of fields such as Wifi and other beams.

This is still in the experimental 'R&D' phase, but it's the future of the market, business, surveillance, policing, military, mental 'health', etc.
