I never said that gays shouldn't be gay. They can do whatever they want in private. What I have a problem with is when they infect our public schools and try to normalize homosexuality in the minds of our youth. What I have a problem with is when they use the law to tell us that we can't NOT bake a cake for them if we are against their wicked lifestyle. What I have a problem with is when they brainwash our youth with "tranny story hour".

There is no hypocrisy on my end, because I have not taken the position that all lifestyles should be legally equal in the first place. I simply don't believe that gay marriage should be legally recognized.

Should the government be able to tell people they cant promote eating fatty foods...eating chocolate? should they tell McDonalds they cant advertise happy meals?

Where did I propose making a law against an opinion? I proposed that we do not legally recognize gay marriage, but that's not a law against an opinion. They can have the opinion that gay marriage should be legal if they want. I just don't think it should be.

I also think that sick public LGBT displays should be treated the same as displays of public nudity. Again, that proposes no law against an opinion. It proposes rules against a certain action.

I don't think it's hypocritical to say that there should be laws against a certain action (like public nudity), but not laws against another entirely different kind of action (or lack of action) like refusal to bake a cake.

I believe that people should be free to not bake a cake for homosexuals, and I believe that homosexual marriage should not be legally recognized. There is no hypocrisy there at all.
