Threat at my kids middle school today

So my kids principal sent a vague message about a threat being made at his middle school and they looked into it and everything was ok. No details were given as to what the threat was or how it was handled. Needless to say he’s at home today while I try to get the details of the situation, but the principal is out of the office today (how convenient).

My son is worried about work he’s missing, exams, etc. But I don’t like it. I don’t like the vague info we were given and no details.

What a sad day we live in, when our kids can’t even be safe at school.

At this point I don’t know what to do. Send him tomorrow or not?
