You have no idea what hell is. There's still beauty in this world, there's still goodness.

Hell is completely void of all of that. If this were hell, you would be lost in a dark, desperate, ugly and void place where the sun does not rise or set, where there are no flowers or birds and where there is no love or goodness.

You wouldn't be writing a post about hell because you would be engulfed in that darkness, and it's far more dark than what you described...

It is all vanity, and it is not worth the price in having it for it means suffering by the way of ignorance, ego and no love; the price to justify the darkness.

You need therapy and to stay away from tall bridges and roof ledges..

Focus on someone outside yourself: you might find happiness.

You are right, it is hell.

But its for this reason:

You are born into this world, and you become aware that your life will come to an end at some point in time. During that time you will lose everyone you ever cared and loved for, one by one, until the day you die.

That in itself is torture of epic proportions.

I hate the saying life's what you make it but there's some truth to it. And i can prove you wrong with one little video...

Happiness is only temporary, and you can never guarantee it. But you can guarantee you will endure suffering and misery for a pretty long portion of your life.

I've considered this possibility before but I happen to agree with a majority of posters here that this is not "hell" in the purest sense of the world, there is some good in this world.

That being said, I could see this world serving as a purgatory of sorts. There is no denying that every human who has lived on earth have experienced their own uniquely tailored "trials and tribulations". Obviously people will argue over who has faced the hardest trials but that is besides my point. If Purgatory were to exist, it would make sense that each individual will face their own unique purgatory. Perhaps this place is but a proving ground.

I can only speak for myself but it is true that I have learned much through my failings and my ignorance as they have informed me of how I am "broken". Once you acknowledge your imperfections, it is then possible to grow as an individual. I now understand that everything can be used as a growing opportunity and perhaps this is the point of suffering.

Perhaps this is why Jesus was required to incarnate as a human? Please don't interpret this thought as me trying to impose my beliefs on you, this is merely my own thoughts on the matter.

To those who wish to grow and seek the growth of their fellow human beings, I salute you and may peace be with you through these trials and tribulations!

Hell shall surely come to each of us, when we're dying in pain. But right now, they say that money doesn't buy happiness but money can buy an awful lot of Horsepower. So isn't that the same thing?

Here's the proof. Love cannot exist in hell. Evil cannot generate love, by its very nature evil which generates hellishness has no experience of love and has no conception of its majesty to even speak of it with authority.

Have you ever loved someone more than yourself? If so you've transcended the OP's dark brooding hell.

Love has blossomed on earth from many hearts throughout the ages. If OP were correct no such energy as love would ever have manifested on this planet to begin with,for hell would have not allowed it.
