And organize.

Listen for intel and fire up the grill and make a booze run if it looks safe to do so!

Food and aid for refugees

Skills, e.g., medical

With my remaining diesel, I would start plowing pastures including my neighbors' for planting.

Plant cold-hardy vegetables and grains. A lot of hungry people will show up. We will trade with them for food or put them to work.

Put Jarhead Nephew in charge of reloading operations, for example.

As for looters, you know the drill....

Depends. If civil war probably get drunk and see if I could find a place to watch it on TV. If ww3 get a pistol with one shot.. I have no desire to die of radiation poisoning
