Alien goatheaded chimp terrifies our neighborhood at night

It started three weeks ago, when the neighborhood drunken woman came screaming down the street and pounding on our doors. We made coffee and got her calmed down by morning.
Now this hunk of magoo has scared the willy wonka's out of three other neighbors.
