They had a tv show here where they brought a cop from Los Angeles to Finland, Sweden and Norway to ride with the local cops and discuss the differences in working habits.

At first, the LA cop couldn't believe how casual the nordic cops were when approaching a stopped car or dealing with an angry drunk person. He got a laugh out of the Finnish cops calling the arrested people as "clients", and was astonished when the Norwegian patrol had just one handgun in the car's glove box, and they needed to call in for a permission to take it out.
