Also. To set this straight one time. If you leave a Federal Gov. job. While you are furloughed. you could lose your retirement.and 401k Match if you do anything considered conflict of interest. So not an option. OK. Couldn’t even take a temporary job because of being considered exempted. And had to work without pay.

If this Gov wants to fix the border they would have done it in the past 100 years. Don’t put it all on one generation to do it all now. People are paying taxes at gunpoint. You think IRS agents aren't armed? Stop being selfish and think outside your govt bubble for once. OK. OK. how’s this hit you then. all I have talked with in person say shutdown was on the President. Gov employees or not it’s going on him from gas station worker to waitress to hotel and cabin Owners. Do as you think best but that number I’m talking about is hundreds ok. Not a dozen or two. Live near or visit an area affected and it’s. His problem to fix. Or lose in 2020. I hope that doesn’t happen. But It may be to late.
