I don't really know, but my guess would be Druzhinin. He has a bunch of videos, but they're all quite long. I believe he is the one that brought up the mud floods, and Tartaria missing from history.

I'm not sure what's going on, but Tartaria missing seems much like a Mandela effect. There is a Time book that talks at fair length of Tartary. And the CIA has that document about the Soviets erasing Tartary from the history. But looking in my old encyclopedias, there is very little about Tartary. Just a paragraph about the region currently in Russia.

I've only watched a couple of his videos. I guess if I had unlimited bandwidth I could just leave them play and listen for a couple of days, but I don't. And he's just not concise enough for my tastes, but I am pretty sure he was the progenitor of everything Tartary.
