Take note: When the Blakhawk that is carrying whatever that was lifts off, whats missing? The RUNNING LIGHTS! That regulation is one that almost takes an act of god to suspend. Specially in a high traffic area like downtown LA/Southern CA. There is no realistic way I can think of, that it could/would be suspended for training drills. That particular helo loadout (The little birds and the Blackhawks) are almost specifically Delta Force. They are the only Special Ops group that normally uses the littlebirds. This highly suggests that they were out of time for what ever it was. Because to use a force like Delta within the borders requires the suspension of Posse Comitatus. Just explaining what a big fucking deal this is.
