Re: Have you gotten the flu twice this year?
I had a nasty stomach flu last year this time but your regular flu I haven't had in some time.

Whenever I start feeling something like that coming on I blast it with a mega dose of vitamin C. Snuffs it out before it can get too far along.

Other part of it is between October and early April I'm the guy running around hitting all the surfaces with Lysol. Doorknobs, keypads, basically anywhere germs may hide. People started to complain until they noticed they weren't getting sick as often so they just choke on the cloud and bear it now.

Did you know we breathe in 28,000 viruses a day plus countless bacteria? When our cellular voltageis working like it should, alll of them get repelled and cause no harm.

IOW, killing viruses and bacteria on door knobs really doesn't have anything to do with whether we get sick or not. This could save you some money and some time.

I hug people who have the flu and don't catch it.

The Lysol is provided by my workplace and it doesn't do much other than to get people to pay attention (and I'm getting paid to do it so even better since it's an easy task). They see me doing it or smell it and they wash their hands kinda like Pavlov's dog and the bell.

That aspect of my "anti-Flu" response started back in college when my workplace then chose me to go to all the Bird Flu protection stuff when that scare was going on. Couple that with having an OCD roommate or two...I'm lucky I don't get the bleach out like they used to.

wow!

By any chance do you have wifi and a router in your home? or a bank of smart meters maybe near your bedroom? or a 5G tower near your residence?

Metal in your body?

there seems to be a pattern there, both in you and in others who have said much the same: No flu since they stopped getting flu shots.

The last time I got one and had the bad reaction I dived deep into what they do and are meant to do. Part of the problem (for a moment setting aside the right or wrong of it) is that you are almost never told before hand that the vaccine is going to damage your immune system to trigger a response to the injected material.

The correct way to do a vaccine is to do your "cold routine" a few days before a vaccination. Lots of water, good rest, make sure you're eating well and taking your vitamins, etc. Get your immune system improving and clear out anything that's lurking. People don't know to do this and then when the vaccine hits their immune system is damaged while keeping something at bay so then they get a "touch of the flu". Ideally you should never get a "touch" if you're doing it right, but that won't get you into the doctor's office for the nice visitation fee now will it?

Now the wrong of it is in the chemicals used to damage the immune system to trigger that response. Otherwise the theory is sound. Those chemicals degrade the immune system and are likely to stick around, so you never get back to 100%. It's ok if you get one or two over the course of your life, but when you get 30, 50, 100 your immune system suffers permanent damage.

That's my take on it at least. Been a while since I looked into it so the science may have changed.

How manny times did you get the flu last year, and then this year?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77140202

I never get the flu. I don't even get colds. I take CoQ10 every day and wonder if that is why.
 Quoting: nutmeg

I used to get it, but the last time was in 1994, and it was a doozy.
But I started supplements (CoQ10 and others) and no flus or colds since.
As you think.
