When Trump announced the end of ISIS he was speaking to a small group of people specifically.

Now that ISIS is "gone" there cannot be anymore warfare related. If there is warfare related it breaks the agreement made and the US has power to act.

It won't take 2 weeks until ISIS pops out it's ugly head and US is drawn in in a big way. This is the 2 week timeframe that has been circulating out there.
