1) accelerationism; why drag the economic collapse out? if you're convinced yang's idea is going to blow the system up, why not bring it on?

2) the government already hands out absurd amounts of money through welfare and entitlement programs, there's already so much waste and overhead, for every $100 of value they deliver, it costs $1,000 to deliver thanks to inefficiencies.

Ron Paul libertarianism couldn't get off the ground. Trump MAGA was just a ploy to placate the right wing. As much as I would love to see the government fold up and reduce to role to the bare minimum, and taxes cut accordingly to 1-10% tax rate, that's never going to happen.

If $1,000/month straight cash REPLACES government programs delivering $1,000 of value at a cost of $10,000 of bureaucracy, I say, give me the $1,000 and save yourselves the trouble of the accounting / administration.

3) yang wants to actually start taxing the big multinational corporate cheats. you tards want to keep voting republican whose tax policies go to the top corporate oligarchs, while they block any sort of border control, to allow a steady flow of cheap labor to undercut the working class. If yang can ensure the bucks only go to citizens, and addresses the border / illegal crisis, this can work.

Is this guy retarded? There are 209,128,000 Americans over 18 years of age. If each of them got $12,000 per year it would cost us 2.5 trillion per year. That’s a massive 62% budget increase when we are already running an annual 1.1 trillion deficit.

You're more dependent upon the current economic system than if you are given 1k a month. I'm very frugal poor person and can save up the 1k every month until I have enough to buy some land to farm (ideally). I could save and gather the things necessary to live off the grid if need be.
