There is nothing wrong with the birthrate in the third world. The average birthrate is 5 to 8 kids depending upon the group of people you are talking about. Of course most of those people are more interesting boinking then space travel.

White people need to have 5 kids each and start grouping up to get eco farms and land going because they build housing for very small families now.

And limit all high risk people from entering.

So we'll need space travel soon enough.
