yes

Female cat will not come into heat while nursing kittens. Start the spaying after they are weaned. Ask your vet when. If you have her spayed , she may not be able to produce milk for the kittens. Plus it will hurt her.

Some female cats are horny little sluts who will show their rear end for any male cat while other female cats are frigid and won't let any male near them.

Well she left them after 3 weeks and ran out of the house for a few hours, she finally came back and is now nursing them again.

I never thought a cat would leave her kittens in less than 1 month, but this cat left her kittens for almost 4 hours and finally came back.

Well, she seems happy now, just pissed at me for some reason, not letting me pick the kittens up to examine them. They kittens seem to be OK, they are nursing now.

No We have 12 year old cat thats been a outdoor cat all her life, never been fixed, never had kittens.

Just curious about the food... since they don't make a "solid albacore tuna" cat food, are you feeding her Cat food or people food?

If she left for a while, maybe someone else has real cat food out that she felt she needed. Nursing takes a LOT out of a mother.

You need to get her actual cat food for nursing mother cats. To try and get her back home, put the kittens in a box on the doorstep and STAY WITH THEM for a while and see if momma shows up. Call your vet and get any advice they have to offer and make an appointment for momma to get spayed.
