So there is no excuse for them not having a plan in place to handle a fire or explosion breaking out in ND because this was LIKELY TO HAPPEN AT SOME POINT. There is no excuse for this - all the public officials responsible, including Macron, should be publicly executed and would be if we actually were in charge of our OWN countries and justice was actually done. I doubt they will ever be able to reconstruct as to the identical how it was. Where are the original blueprints? Long time gone.  blueprints? lol All gothic cathedrals were dont without blueprints afaik, they were done by very high skilled people of different areas. I doubt very much they would be able to reconstruct is like it was. They'll use state of the art 3-D printers to print a whole new Notre-Dame.
