In cases of rape, incest and the mothers health (long and short term) the ability to receive an abortion should be allowed.

Remember when Huckabee denied the retarded girl who was raped to have an abortion? Like she would have been a fit mother? Um. No. It's just ridiculous to make these choices for women and their families and make it a blanket law. There are always cases where a woman needs an abortion, but law makers would rather the women die or struggle. ok.
