Get 40# bags of raw rolled oats for about $15. This is the same rolled oats in the Quaker Oats cylinder container except it is not toasted, which adds flavor and starts the breaking down of the cellulose so it can be digested. This MUST be cooked fully for you to be able to extract any nutrition. You do not have the digestive system of a horse, cow or goat. |
