I work with several. The men have been big babies all year because they can't handle being called out when they don't abide by deadlines (which they are given well in advance). I've told them that if they hadn't gotten on the boss's radar in the first place for not getting things done on time, they wouldn't be going through what they are. Who in their right mind would thing missing the first deadline of the year at a NEW job with NEW bosses would benefit them?

The last few years I have been part of the new hire interview panel at work. I have to tell you, some millennials have great imaginations and see creative solutions that older workers don't see, but the work ethic is another thing. One in particular stands out. We were in the middle of the interview and her phone rings, she pulls it out and informs us that she has to take the call and proceeds to confirm dinner and movie plans with a friend. We ended the interview right then and there, and she left cursing that she doesn't want to work for a company that doesn't allow her to have a private life. The 18 - 22 year olds are a lot more grounded, younger but eager to learn and they actually show up to work on time.

My millennial daughter runs a highly successful painting business that she built from the ground up. She welcomes advice ALWAYS. Criticism? That's for people who don't want to hear advice. She works 60 hour weeks and is buying her own home. She has moved her dad and I in with her because we're getting older. She's a 6 year army Reserve vet. She kicks ass. People love her and respect her. She knows how to hunt, fish, garden, fix her truck and her lawnmower and the dishwasher and the roof and the plumbing and her motorcycle. She knows a ton of first aid and life guard. She has a black belt in tae kwan do. She's an amazing surfer and cross country skier.
And she's gay and there is a Bernie Sanders sticker on the fridge! 😆 so take your moronic stereotype bullshit and shove it.

I truly feel sorry for young people who grew up with cellphones/social media. It is impossible to explain to them what they are missing. They would not understand what your trying to say.

I was born in 92. My older brothers and sisters are within 5 years of my age.

My parents were born in the late 60s.

Here is where the issue sprouted. They had my oldest sister much too young, my oldest brother only 2 years later, divorced with my father marrying into 2 more children just after i was born, followed by my youngest sister 5 years to the day later.

By the time my parents were the age I am today they had 5 children. They told me a lot of stories about how fortunate we were and we aren't mistreated, their lives were so much harder. They were very overbearing. Nearly zero privacy. So we had to be EXPERTS to get around them. We kinda were mistreated some were ignored others basically hovered over.

It formed some really strange differences in all of us kids.

Much of our lives as kids we were poor and not focused on. We parented ourselves.

When the red pill, blue pill moment came for all of us, we all seemed to go different ways.

As the 5th of 6 children, i watched and learned hard from every single person of influence in my life. I learned vicariously through others' actions, even relationships. I grew reclusive and absorbent.

I sheltered myself, absorbing knowledge and wisdom. I overcame a ton of hardships and did really well in school. I moved out early, got a job, went to school... I rushed in before i woke up.

I had my awakening in 2012 when the nomination was stolen from Ron Paul at the RNC, amongst many other reasons that year (sandy hook, etc).

Criticism is what made me decide to always try to be better.

I'm 26 almost 27 and have heard criticisms about things that don't need them also, like being a part of a generation when i can't choose that.

I felt the need to prove everyone wrong. I've left indoctrination and have been paying down debts with no help. Bought a car. Started a business. I have a demonically energetic dog that i feel has an amazing life and we go on 10+ mile hikes and camps. I've lived in a fucking RV with nearly no amenities with 2 dogs and two other people by choice lol (that was a fucking blast, great learning).

I feel like while i was heavily delayed because i had to figure it all out by myself, so too did my brothers and sisters.

I think my parents did well enough. I couldn't and wouldn't blame them for any of my own faults or wrongdoings. We all lived and all the ups and downs hardened and formed us, good or bad.

I WOULD describe myself as hardworking and humble. My cousin and i just redid his whole 99 4runner front end after working 2 months in a row with 2 days off, and today i did the whole back yard by hand and had a blast doing it.

I do get tired. I'm beginning to feel my age. I'm very lonely too.

It's no joke... You are correct about a lot around this generation. It's really sad. Millennial men are fucking cuck pussies. The young millennial women are worse than the men I'll say that. It's reached beyond vanity. It's an obsession over everyone else's thoughts about oneself. Millennial women are falling into narcicism traps, even using their bodies to make a living online saying they "work hard." Not that i judge but i sense self serving behavior a lot amongst my peers. I do physical labor and a task for money, i don't strip naked and play with myself with my hand out waiting for money.

I need a country girl conservative woman with values and work ethic. Where the hell do i find one? I keep praying a lovely lady comes along because i want to start a family. That's the ultimate talent in my opinion, to have a truly beautiful and loving family.
