Bitter melon is a traditional summer dish in Chinese food.
I enjoy the flavor, it's definitely something different.
You can order it at Chinese restaurants.
Quoting: Crypto-Tard It's traditional in China yet the Chinese have the highest diabetes rates???? maybe they just don't watch what they eat. I don't think it will work if you have a fucked diet. I just tried the pickled in olive juice slice, it's fucking delicious! I'm using olive juice to eat them from now on. Quoting: chasity The garbage the Chinese eat today is terrible. Traditional, wholesome Chinese food, like what you get in Taiwan is amazing and very healthy for you. Tea, especially from Taiwan, is also one of the healthiest and most delicious things. A friend from Taiwan told me last weekend that once your are older than 40, you should only drink tea and water, not fruit juice or sweets. The Chinese also like sweets quite a bit, a lot of candied fruits and things like hawthorne are very popular there.
