I spent 17 years developing various chemicals for Chemtrails - ask me almost anything.
Can't tell you the name of my employers. Nor can I tell you the exact chemical compositions of the mixtures I helped developed. I can answer almost everything else.



I could think of a few of our final products that could have absolutely had potential for therapeutic or recreational use.

OP, Not the testing I know, the actual marker would tho, what would you use? (make believe)My agency will spray Chicago in the usual fashion and my agency will examine all ER's, clinics, hospital data reports for 'something' you tell me to look for. Some people will be more susceptible others not, but it will all be in the data from the institutions, very many of them around here. And they 'will' send the data because I will use the CDC or somesuch for the data requests. The CDC uses the ER's as their first source of data in epidemics and emergencies(per their report).

Are these biochemical agents set to start and stop at certain times? In the late 1980's or early 1990's, in the suburbs of Chicago, a radio announcement requested people to phone in if they had certain signs and symptoms which started at a certain hour and ended at a designated time. Do you know anything about this?

The only things I can think of would be compounds that were dependent on UV rays, humidity, temperature...environmental influences like those, that tend to follow predictable patterns from night to day. We can't program a compound to start working at 3:30 AM and stop at 7:43 PM.

Did the population breathe it in or was it absorbed thru skin, would they go to the ER because of it?
Or was it combined with your 'harmless flu symptoms' ADC?

But for the sake of the hypothetical situation, it could either be inhaled or absorbed through skin, and you would definitely not want it to send people to the ER. Not if you want the entire city ending up in the ER.
Listen - I should never have brought up vaccines. I know there are people who feel very strongly about this subject on these forums. Let's try to forget it and stick to the discussion topic.

Can you PLEASE expand on the recreation or therapeutic aspects regarding the chemicals?
such as, are they specifically mood enhancers which work on 5hta receptor sites? or dual receptor sites.. creating a potentiating effects?
what can be said about the neurotoxic effects of the chemicals you created?
where small amounts of neurotoxicity ever acceptable in final product to get desired effect?

Neurotoxic effects - none. As stated before, we took great care to ensure that our mixtures left no permanent detrimental effects on the targets. Especially the nervous system.
Any sign of neurotoxicity pretty much doomed a project to failure. We conducted extensive dissections and studies of rat brains involved in testing to ensure this.

Just curious. Did you ever work on Hertz frequencies to facilitate Alpha brain waves to effect Serotonin levels?

I never dealt with the purchasing of chemicals. We told our supervisor what we needed, and we had it within one to two days. The containers were always unmarked except for the contents and the NFPA 704 safety diamond.
Anyways, it seems this thread has pretty much derailed into chaff discussion and name calling. Thanks for all of your insightful questions.
OP, in the 1950s and 60s the American, Canadian, and British military dispersed a simulate ( microscopic zinc cadmium sulfide (ZnCdS) ) from aircraft over large areas of their respective countries. . .this was to test behavior of biochemical weapons supposedly. . . Since TPTB know generally how the prevailing winds and other atmospherIc factors acted on the zinc cadmium sulfide . .In your opinion . . .does this mean thay don't need further testing on dispersal patterns or does each mixture require dispersal testing.

It sounds like it's possible that they learned what they needed to know from that project. We never conducted dispersal testing ourselves...just exposure to rats and pigs at certain concentrations. We then advised a dispersal strategy suited to making the mixture reach ground level at optimal concentration.
OP, prior to 1997 the Secretary of Defense had the legal right to conduct biochemical warfare testing on US citizens without their knowledge and consent . . . Since this law has been repealed do you think anything has changed in the testing of questionable substances dispersed from aircraft?

Classes of chemicals - really, just about everything. Some organic, some not. Like I said earlier - there are only a handful of elements on the periodic table that we never experimented with for one purpose or another. Some were very similar to modern medicines (think stereoisomers), while others mimicked naturally occurring molecules. We had projects involved just about every class of neurotransmitter receptors you can think of.

ONE LAST QUESTION, OP:
And excuse me if you've answered it before, but weren't you concerned with the effects of whatever you were spraying on yourself and your family/friends? What kind of "calming" effects (to what purpose) were expected and do you think it's worked on you?

Frankly, yes. It did bother me that some of the chemicals we developed might be utilized over a town where relatives lived. However, whenever I attempted to explain my line of work to any family members, none took me seriously. All of my claims were met with a great degree of skepticism and eventually laughed off as a joke. I eventually was seen as the "kooky mad scientist" of my family.
Calming effect is pretty self descriptive - things that would normally elicit certain emotions in people no longer would. I've probably lived in a city that was sprayed before. No clue if it was with one of the calming agents we designed.

List of animal types..
mammals, birds, fishes, reptiles, amphibians,and invertebrates.
Target species.
Rule out mammals.
Rule out invertabrates as they are not the target but are in the food chain. Specifically, insects, so rule out animals whose diets are not heavy or predominately insect based, eg fish.
That leaves birds, reptiles and amphibians.
Chemical designed to last up to a year and accumulate in the food chain. Specifically designed to be dispersed by aerosol.
Target a quick predator, prolific to ensure the target is aquired as the chemical is designed to only last up to a year (1 breeding season.
Rule out amphibians and reptiles on the basis; amphibians are an indicator species. I just not feeling reptilkes where targetted
