Given that it’s probably very dark there now, and the CP stated they were about to turn the power off to the target residence. Then they have aimed spotlights at all sides of the house.

Now The suspect can no longer see beyond his windows, he now appears to be randomly firing into the surrounding area in an attempt to keep the teams from approaching.
