It's hard to disagree with this if you look at the Canadian Readers that were used in primary and secondary schools a hundred years ago. The vocabulary is far more advanced;the concepts are more abstract; the ideals much more lofty.

The Rocke Fellers of this world wanted workers who would not think too much and would do as they were told. Sports and theater were elevated in importance through huge salaries to those involved. Education was dumbed down. Good teachers were discouraged and told their standards were too high.

Moral degradation was also encouraged with the knowledge that it would weaken us as a country. Women working may sound nice but when they try to do more than is possible the result is high stress for them and children suffer.Yet many have no choice and cannot take a few years off.

The solution lies in the FAMILY which is also under attack. Many are too blind to recognize this so point it out.

If life has no purpose, then ultimately is does not matter. If there is a purpose and plan, then I suggest we all pray and INTEND for things to improve.

I believe there are forces at work to save us but unless awareness grows, we will need repeated saving and that is impossible and undeserved. This is IT.

Work to wake up others. Not aggressively but consistently and indirectly. Ask questions they can't answer. Donate to good causes...Judicial Watch etc. Then relax because in the end it is not in our hands.
