Here is the truth

The census EO forces data transfers between government agencies
-DHS databases opened
-DOJ/FBI databases opened
-HHS databases opened
-Education databases opened

All of the above are used for determining citizenship status for the census. The question won't be on the census form, but the effect is the data will be used to make official determinations for the census. Net effect is the same as including the question, in that illegals get counted. Perhaps even more accurately given that many illegals have been found on federal gibs (eg, HHS, Medicaid).

MORE IMPORTANTLY
1) What's gone unnoted so far here: Barr dropped notice that non-citizens (illegal aliens) will not be counted for apportionment, and this data will be used to that end.

2) Speculation: Intradepartmental open transfer of information means ICE will also get this data for locating illegals.

What you want is someone to come wave their magic wand and do the world according to the way you want it, and have it all delivered in Amazon Prime time. That’s not how this country works and our president can’t just go do whatever he wants whenever he wants.

Now it’s too late and trump is fooling you all with the data from other agencies. Guess what tards the constitution says the Census is used to determine federal representation.
