There have always been "fighting words" where someone will take offense of what you say. You can't just say whatever pops into your mind, without starting a fight. However, I think you can still say just about anything and you won't be arrested and shot or imprisoned. Which is like it always has been in this country. So yeah, you might want to watch what you say, but if you really want to, you can say the truth. Outloud.
