Ok, I will bite. But not for me, for my wife. She thinks she's full of worms - microscopic worms - nematodes, or whatever. She's had every kind of test - up the rear, down the throat, MRI's and Cat scans of her heart (heart worms) and periotoneal area. She believes that the cows in the field near our house have worms (and the do and they get Ivermectin) and that the cow poop got into the water and in our well and comes in the house. She thinks the dog is sick, that I am sick (though I feel fine), the kids are sick and she is sick. She's been Baker Acted (locked up for being a threat to herself) a couple of times. One psychiatrist who spent 4 hours with her says she's not crazy, just needs counseling (so we did that for six months - no effect). One says she's bipolar and one says she's not skitsophrenic, but something like that. She had used CIPRO when she first went crazy. Doc's have put her on Tizanidine which I think helped make her crazy, plus they have given her other drugs that I think made her crazy. She's pulled out the metal tines on the a/c unit, thinking those were worms, she's destroyed drywall in the house thinking it was worms, she's destroyed concrete on the porch and floors thinking the worms made cocoons. She's gotten better since I stopped letting her act like an adult and go to the doctor whenever she wants ( I don't let her get any drugs without me approving it first). But, she still thinks she, me, the kids and the dogs are full of worms.

So what's wrong with her and how do I fix her?
