Is it possible for USA to apply or refuge for asylum in Europe?

If an American from the United States were to apply as an Asylum Seeker or Refugee in Europe, is it possible?

Human rights in the United States have gone below average since the Trump Administration (see official United Nations rating)

Global Research.ca (Canada) ranks the United States low.

I haven't found other authentic sources.

I am reviewing information available from a wide variety of sources, including U.S. and foreign government officials.

A lot of Americans post here and of course im looking for answers from people who live in Europe or Mexico/Brazil or elsewhere in the world.
