On delivery days I eat lunch out at about 5 all different types of eateries in the same area. Once in a while I stop at Mc D's but not very often. The prices per meal range from $8 to $15 per depending upom whether they are a Hoagie Shop or actual sit down table service. OVER THE COURSE OF THE LAST 4 WEEKS THEY SEEM TO HAVE SLOWED DOWN VERY MESAUREABLY! All of these places have at least 16 to 40 tables. All of a sudden at the height of the lunch rather than complete fills only 5-6 tables are occupied. Their usual carryout business appears unaffected. I can only think of 2 possible reasons for this either the economy in terms of non elective purchases is soaking up their money or the MASS shootings like Elpaso and Cinci are weighing on people and they are staying away from large gatherings by the droves. Anybody else noticing similar situations? |

But these mass shootings could well be an underlying non conscious cause as well. |

One is very prosperous, lots of jobs available which should mean the 4 restaurants in this setting would continue to do very well seeing it has a population of about 150.000. The other has perhaps a population of 60,000 with low unemployment and restoration of the downtown area well under reconstruction. |

It is getting bad, because even if the staff looks all White, there might be a White chameleon, or a self hating White person in the group. That said though, Ive been making my own meals since I was 10+? Well, competently since I was a teenager, more "from scratch" meals since my 20's... Maybe it is a good thing if White people stop spending money on industries that hate us. |

Plus they seems to be a lot of empty floor space that previously was filled with displays & pallets of sale items. Now it is just vast space. I really don't like to eat out anymore. Too expensive for low quality plus one is uncertain to what has happened to the food. Plus in PUBLIC there seems to be an UNDERCURRENT OF FUNKINESS. I would not like to PROVOKE. |
