The best thing you can do is talk to them and string them along. Waste their time.

There is a program you can use to flood the scammers call center, but I don't want to get into trouble if is illegal to do that, this dude did and posted it on youtube. He was a programmer and wrote code to flood their call center at multiple calls per minute shutting them down completely.
