Jesus told rich people to give away all of their money and give it to the poor.

It’s hard to say because before he didn’t use his power to change the politics of his day because he hadn’t been given the authority yet but he healed the poor.

If for example his life played out today as it did then, he might do the same.

This next time he comes to Earth he will have the authority to take over and change everything so I would say he would fix the social structure so no one is homeless at all.
