If you're ever to take a Fluoroquinolone, you better have a bacterial infection so serious, that the benefits outweigh the cons, I.E you're going to die, and the bacterial infection is spreading everywhere.

This isn't something that you take as a proactive measure, it's something that you take once you've already been exposed to an extremely dangerous bacterial pathogen, and have absolutely no other choice.

Some people have had no issues taking a 5-10 day regimen for bacterial infections, while others have taken one single pill, and gotten ruined for life.

Don't get Floxed like our leaders did, because there's no coming back from it.

Also, one other thing, it can a day, or take months to years for the damage that taking the drug did to you to become apparent. 3 year later you can be out for a jog, and your tendon rips off the bone inexplicably. How many people in the world have gotten Floxed? we don't know, but it's that serious.

Our dear 'Leaders' all thought they were being slick and proactive by preemptively taking Cipro at the time, although having no clue that one wrong move, eating one wrong thing in proximity to taking the drug, or being on a Benzo or being a recovering Alcoholic, would Flox them.

When you get Floxed, the symptoms and severity of the symptoms vary, but believe me, you don't want this to happen to you.

Next time you go to the doctor for an infection, if they prescribe anything to you that ends with 'floxacin' ASK FOR SOMETHING ELSE. No Anti-Biotic is really safe, but Fluoroquinolones are out of this world dangerous.

Johnson and Johnson just stopped producing a specific Fluoroquinolone that proved itself to be extremely dangerous, but many other companies are still making the generic version of it, and many doctors just hand these things out like candy, even before they know if your symptoms are viral or bacterial. They do nothing for a viral condition, only bacterial.

You don't know the half of it. No Anti-Biotic should be GABAergic for one. Automatically, that should make a person stop and go "WHAT THE FUCK?" if they really understand what that means.

A slight addendum to this is that a huge batch of Alzopram also known as Xanax was just recalled, due to the possibility of "causing infections". What is the connection between the GABA receptor system and bacterial infections? What SPECIFICALLY was wrong with this particular batch of Xanax that made it liable to cause infections within the user? I can tell you that it wasn't because a sick chemist sneezed on the pills.

More like, during the chemical workup to make it, they accidentally added an atom that's not supposed to be there, and that somehow instigates an infection via the GABA system. Likely through mutating 'natural bacteria' in your body, into a very deadly bacteria. The seriousness of this can't be stressed enough.

Like I stated, you NEVER EVER take a Fluoroquinolone preemptively like Cipro. It's ONLY TO BE TAKEN IF you've been directly exposed to an extremely serious bacteriological pathogen that's spreading around your body and is going to kill you. It's not a proactive substance, like the pharmaceutical equivalent of body armor, it's more like Narcan which saves a dying Opiod overdose victim on the spot.

OP, where did you hear that Bush and other so-called leaders were put on Cipro? I don't recall ever hearing they were or why.

Shipping it to China might be an important clue. Whoever shipped it to them must have known that they would have no intention of ever doing any sort of forensic analysis of it on their own. It must have been a safe place to send it for those who made the decision. Why is that?

They gave my daughter, 21, Cipro for a UTI at college, one pill and she had a host of reactions.

Her lips swelled to three times their size, aches and pains in joints, anxiety attacks, depression and all around mental conflict, Further and worst of all, she had terrible asthma attack for the first time and for months following, and now has the disorder for life. Don't take Cipro EVER...

Athletic kid was actually a college baseball coach.
He had to move back in with his parents to be taken care of because of the damage it has done to him. Last I saw he was in a wheel chair. Terrible.

Cipro is used all the time. It's great for chronic sinusitis, diverticulitis, utis, prostatitis, etc. Everything has side effects. Don't take it if you don't need it. It's also very inexpensive now. It's generic and there is no market for the big pharm companies with their expensive new antibiotics
