Ok, so LTC Vindman's testimony states that the memorandum omitted parts of Trump's call and he tried to get them included in the "transcript" but failed. So the memorandum was doctored and is incomplete.
And how does this "orce the dems to expose the dems"??

That is a totally lawful redaction but the dems are going to force it into the light in open testimony. Check mate. They are setting it up to look like trump deleted trump stuff but it was biden stuff. Bait and switch. Why do you suppose the White House would have edited and omitted anything from the transcript and released a doctored and incomplete memorandum? Because you can't transcribe information related to an active criminal case, by law. Hence required redaction. Was that too clear for you? Thats the hook it had to be redacted by law so as not to compromise the biden criminal investigation. Get it yet?
