UPDATE Pg 46: 'Liquid gold' and 'a sight for sore eyes' are some of the ways people are describing the rainfall I recognize the colour of the sky from here and it was always a bad thing. UPDATE Pg 46: 'Liquid gold' and 'a sight for sore eyes' are some of the ways people are describing the rainfall how are your fires started? there were reports of fires in CA starting from the ground up, like earth overheating underneath from plate movements, anything like that reported? ...also burning extremely hot, and the tops of trees not burning, no sign of sparks or even "beams" |

UPDATE Pg 46: 'Liquid gold' and 'a sight for sore eyes' are some of the ways people are describing the rainfall I was a firey too CP and live on the NSW south coast, which up to the present has been free of bushfires. I did a reconnoitre of fuel loading and it is abysmal and tinder dry. One spark and it's on down here too, we haven't had a firestorm in twenty years but I think that is about to change. |
