Lol, glp dream last night. I won’t get into that part. Similar to amusement park. Acknowledging created emotions from reactions instead of acting on them puts one in observer position. That is where the let go begins and one learns how to control their created emotions. Not talking conceived emotions. It is within the temple of the created mind becoming mindfulness. It takes away the impulsive becoming more man or woman as calm and composed. Regulating can be by breaths making a gap/pause, mediation of self awareness, etc. to observe before action. It grounds similar to tying of upper and lower Egypt to the windpipe. Because the wind comes no matter what and carries away with it emotions as they are not tied down.

Many can get carried away In their emotions. Shooting off like a rocket is occult way and way of warrior/worrier. The instant relief and validation through created emotional response is never worth the fall out. Observing, you can see the creations start to dissolve themselves and acknowledging how these created emotions are very intense in the onset when they join forces with ones body. The observation takes away the judgement that leads to acting upon them. That is true ma’at. Everyone is really good at mastering acting on created emotions. Clay found to kill antibiotic-resistant bacteria

VANCOUVER - Researchers at the University of British Columbia have confirmed that a rare clay used as medicine by aboriginals in B.C. contains antibacterial properties that could be used to to treat antibiotic-resistant bacteria.

Some 400 kilometres north of Vancouver, on the Heiltsuk First Nation’s traditional territory, sits a 400-million kilogram deposit of glacial clay in Kisameet Bay that scientists believe was formed near the end of the last Ice Age, approximately 10,000 years ago.

The grey-green clay, known as Kisolite, has been used for centuries by the Heiltsuk First Nations to treat a range of ailments including ulcerative colitis, arthritis, neuritis, phlebitis, skin irritation, and burns. Locals also use the clay for eczema, acne and psoriasis.

Now researchers say the clay exhibits potent antibacterial activity against multidrug-resistant pathogens. And they recommend the rare mineral clay be studied as a clinical treatment for serious infections caused by ESKAPE strains of bacteria, a group of potentially deadly pathogens that cause many infections to “escape” antibiotics.

2,000-Year-Old Realistic Green Mask Found Nestled Inside an Ancient Pyramid

Mexico is filled with incredible archeology that gives clues about its rich pre-Columbian history. One of the most impressive structures, the Pyramid of the Sun, is full of new surprises. As the largest building in Teotihuacan, archaeologists have been continuously studying the structure, which was built around 100 CE. Though few artifacts have been found on-site, in 2011 a surprising discovery was made by researchers from Mexico’s National Institute of Anthropology and History (INAH).


By using a 380-foot-long tunnel dug by archeologists in the 1930s, the group was able to get to the mother-rock level. Once there, they discovered a rare cache of treasures. This included shards of clay pottery, animal bones, pieces of obsidian, three serpentine human figurines, and a stunning serpentine mask. The green mask is particularly interesting because, at the time of its discovery, it was the only mask of its kind to be found in a ritual context in Teotihuacan
