Since I'm not a part of Law Enforcement, I have nothing further to add, or that could possibly be added. It's clear though that the individual has just been having fun at other people's expense, and it should be a top priority to find them before they really get serious and end up destroying everything that so many worked so hard to build. This is all some kind of sick joke to the individual/individuals, and that's very clear just from the pattern of events, and the way they happen coinciding with other significant events.
