Coastie..you don't really think this isn't happening already? Photo ID's? I'm pretty sure we have all be scanned.

They know every car coming in and going out. Total 1984 already. I bet when you draw blood at the Dr for your annual physical DNA gets sent to some 3 letter agency as well.
