I got back into lifting/exercising around August. I walk on the treadmill at a brisk pace 3.5 mph on average for an hour an then lift. I'm Down 15 lbs or so, but my strength and muscle mass has grown. I leg pressed a record 700 lbs tonight 6 times. A record for me anyway.
With all the attacks on conservatives, namely Trump supporters, what are you doing to prepare yourself for said civil unrest?
I'm going to get my CHL next and start taking some Judo or other self-defense courses.
When Trump is re-elected in November, all hell will break loose, if not before hand. Expect increased assaults at Trump rallies.
What are you doing to prepare to defend yourself or those you love?
Quoting: Big Daddy D Ever since I bought my BoL, I've been working on it non stop. Dug a canal(for the mini hydro turbine) 100m long, 80cm wide and 60cm deep, all by hand. Took me around 4 months. Then raised the walls and concreted the bottom(used a cement mixer) but I had help for this part. That was the hardest part, but now I got fully working, non-stop power supply. Then I started to dig a huge hole for the biodigestor, still a work in progress, but secondary. Built 5 greenhouses with aquaponics systems inside. Chicken coop with 20 chickens and 2 roosters(now more, since many eggs hatched), a cow and the property already had several fruit trees. The work on the canal was tough and it built my strength, stamina and resistance to a level I NEVER EVER had. I would say I'm totally fit, although not exactly in a gym.
