Our teeny tiny city of 10,000 has 274 covid cases and 5 deaths, that we know of. We have not been inside a commercial building since March. Heat and cooling inside buildings recirculates airborne viruses from infected people, slowly increasing the viral load, especially in grocery stores, where people are not wearing masks properly, not social distancing, etc. Yes, Instacart people are generally wonderful! Our sons girlfriend just received first vaccination (she delivers babies in a large hospital). The only side effect was a sore arm.

What's the differences between the dog videos and you nonsense post? I think some of you just want to be the center of attention. Let's talk about virus related topics and the effects on our lives instead of horseshit hateful statements

Also I guess they don't have to quarantine after the shot huh? Would seem they would ask all to do so for 4 weeks at least until both rounds are administered....

Supposedly it doesn't just work after the 1st shot... The 2nd is needed so I can see why that nurse caught it 8 days after....

And the Nordic neighbours Finland and Norway which make for a much more apt/accurate comparison considering they share much more in common with Sweden than Belgium does -- geographically, climatically, habitually, culturally, population density, mobility of workers, number of visitors entering the country etc -- all the things that have an influence on rate of virus spread. And so the only real area where these countries diverge is on the issue of lockdown/mitigation. Pro-Lockdown and pro-mitigation Norway+Finland combined are still faring much better than anti-lockdown Sweden.

On the 19th I lost my taste it still has not came back it has started to turn me off from eating but been trying my best too it is the oddest thing ever eating things and no taste of it. I have always said this will be a slow culling.
We still have a few years to weather this storm.
Until the real Calm before the Storm.
Covid was the stepping stone to move Future events into motion.

But hold on, If we all step back and look at the bigger picture.
There is a clear and obvious separation and strengthening
happening at the same time, right before our own eyes
and unfortunately this painful separation and strengthening will take some extended time.

I am not only speaking of AND limited to separation and/or strengthening of
households, relationships, political systems,
economic systems, belief systems.
insert many many many more.

But Most importantly you cannot leave out,

The weak being separated from the strong (Mentally and Physically).
From this point forward, whether deservingly so or not.
I see the weak being protected and taken out of the scene for what is to come.

Worrying, but I can go one better. A good friend,early 70s but generally fit and healthy, had Covid very early - around Jan. Has suffered from the works since then - lethargy, breathlessness, and so on. Now, though... he's having heart trouble, which wasn't a problem earlier in the year. Feels like angina (which he had a couple of decades back), but doctors assure him it isn't.

It really does appear that new symptoms can appear months after the 'recovery', as we're seeing with the psychosis, etc.

Very likely. The only plus is that we *are* now better at treating it, procedurally and pharmceutically, so that might keep the death rate lower than it was in the Spring. Unless, of course... we start running out of space/doctors/equipment, which has always been the nightmare scenario.

WHY the alarm?

The UK has ramped up its testing capabilities and as reported yesterday across the UK MSM ONLY 388 people have died all year from Covid who DIDNT have a pre existing medical issue.


Covid is no more dangerous than the flu.

This, I believe, is the the mis-understanding. Even after the 2nd shot you can still catch the virus. However, you may not suffer severe effects (you may be asymptomatic). But you are still infected and you still can transmit the virus to other people! So even after 4 weeks you can still catch the virus!

My father has had a pre-existing condition for the past 35 years, and managed to not die from the flu.
